An open letter to all of our valued customers.
It has come to our attention that more and more people are enquiring about space on our transport yet failing to return the booking form(s) in a timely manner.
Days and sometimes weeks may pass before we receive some booking forms, and in those cases it might not always be possible to fulfil those bookings.
We try our best to ensure everyone knows that places aren’t secured until booking forms are received; by stating it in bold red type at the tops of the forms and via our correspondence with our customers.
We recommend the return of completed booking forms within 24hrs of the initial enquiry, and after this period you would need to enquire again to ensure space is still available to avoid disappointment.
